C. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
BTS processes personal data limited to the purposes and conditions specified in the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD. These purposes and conditions are; If the processing of personal data by BTS is related to the establishment or execution of the contract, the processing of personal data belonging to the parties to the contract is mandatory, If the relevant activity of BTS is expressly regulated in the laws regarding the processing of personal data, Data Categorisation Description Identity Name, Surname Contact Telephone Number, E-mail address Professional Experience Title If the personal data processing activity is mandatory for the legitimate interests of BTS, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the personal data owner,
In this context, BTS processes your personal data for the following purposes:
● Conducting / Auditing Business Activities
● Conducting Goods / Services Sales Processes
● Conducting After-Sales Support Services of Goods / Services
● Conducting Customer Relationship Management Processes
● Planning / Executing Customer Satisfaction Activities
● Conducting Activities Aimed at Customer Satisfaction
● Following Up Requests / Complaints
● Conducting Marketing Processes for Products / Services If the data processing activity carried out for the purposes listed above does not meet any of the conditions stipulated in the LPPD, BTS obtains the explicit consent of the personal data owner regarding the relevant processing activity.
D. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
BTS notifies the personal data owner of the groups of people to whom personal data is transferred in accordance with Article 10 of the LPPD.
BTS may transfer the personal data of data owners managed by this policy in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD to the following domestic or foreign person categories:
● To manufacturers for the purpose of carrying out the sales processes of goods/services and to Microsoft due to the storage of the data processed for this purpose in the OneDrive cloud system,
● To Microsoft due to the storage of the data processed for the purpose of carrying out the marketing processes of products/services,
E. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
Our Company may collect the personal data of the data owners specified in this text within the scope of carrying out business activities through customer satisfaction measurement surveys, internal and external correspondence, internal service tickets/requests and verbal, written or electronic channels, including but not limited to those listed here, under the explicit consent of the data owner or other data processing conditions stipulated in the LPPD and in accordance with the principles listed in the second paragraph of Article 4 of the LPPD, which are;
● Compliance with law and equity
● Accurate and up-to-date when necessary
● Processed for specific, clear and legitimate purposes
● Related to the purpose for which they are processed, limited and proportionate
● Stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed
F. RIGHTS OF THE RELATED PERSON
Every relevant person has the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the LPPD:
● To be informed about whether or not his/her personal data has been processed,
● To request information regarding his/her personal data if it has been processed,
● To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
● To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom personal data is transferred,
● To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
● To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing ceased to exist despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the LPPD and other relevant laws and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
● To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
● To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
In this context, you can exercise your rights above by;
○ Sending a notice to our company via a notary, or
○ Applying with a signed petition with documents proving your identity in person, or
○ You can use it by applying with a secure e-signature to the registered e-mail address btsbilisim@hs01.kep.tr
Our communication application channels and the method where the above-mentioned rights will be used are regulated in detail in the “Data Owner Application Form” link. Applications sent to us will be evaluated and decided free of charge within thirty (30) days at the latest from the date they are received by our company, depending on the nature of the request. If the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the applicable fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be taken as the basis.
